Términos y Condiciones: Vértigo Jewelry

Al realizar un pedido a través de nuestra página web o mediante mensaje directo (DM), usted acepta las siguientes políticas de venta:

1. Métodos de Compra

• Página Web: Los pedidos realizados en el sitio oficial se procesan automáticamente según la disponibilidad mostrada en el inventario.

• Órdenes por DM: Seguimos ofreciendo atención personalizada vía DM. Una compra por este medio se considera formalizada una vez que el cliente envía el comprobante de pago y recibe nuestra confirmación de pedido.

2. Precios y Pagos

• Todos los precios están expresados en [Moneda de tu país] y están sujetos a cambios sin previo aviso.

• Para órdenes por DM, el apartado de piezas solo se garantiza por un periodo de [Ejemplo: 2 horas] tras proporcionar los datos de pago. Si no se recibe el comprobante en ese lapso, la pieza volverá a estar disponible para el público.

3. Envíos y Entregas

4. Cambios y Devoluciones

• Por higiene y naturaleza de los productos (joyería), no se aceptan devoluciones a menos que la pieza presente un defecto de fábrica comprobable al momento de recibir el paquete.

• Cualquier reclamación debe notificarse vía DM o correo electrónico dentro de las primeras 24 horas tras la entrega, adjuntando fotografías del estado de la pieza.

5. Cuidado de las Piezas

• Nuestra joyería requiere cuidados específicos para mantener su brillo (evitar contacto con perfumes, agua de mar o químicos). La garantía no cubre el desgaste natural por uso o mal cuidado de las piezas.

By placing an order through our website or via direct message (DM), you agree to the following sales policies:

1. Purchase Methods

• Website: Orders placed on the official site are processed automatically based on the availability shown in the inventory.

• DM Orders: We continue to offer personalized service via DM. A purchase through this medium is considered finalized once the customer sends proof of payment and receives our order confirmation.

2. Prices and Payments

• For DM orders, items are only reserved for a period of [Example: 2 hours] after payment details are provided. If proof of payment is not received within that timeframe, the item will become available to the public again.

3. Shipping and Delivery

• Any claim must be notified via DM or email within the first 24 hours after delivery, attaching photographs of the item's condition.

5. Jewelry Care

• Our jewelry requires specific care to maintain its shine (avoid contact with perfumes, seawater, or chemicals). The warranty does not cover natural wear and tear from use or improper care of the pieces.
